Notes:	Catherine S. Tulley, 52, of Columbia City, passed away at 4:38 a. m. on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Mrs. Tulley was born on June 17, 1961 in Columbia City, a daughter of Larry L. and Bonnie (Cox) Burns. She spent her formative years in Columbia City, and graduated from Columbia High School in 1978 [sic]. On April 23, 1995 she was married in Whitley Co., IN to Ricki Dale Tulley, and moved to Columbia City where she had lived for her entire life. She was a loving mother, daughter, and grandmother. Mrs. Tulley was a member of Tri Lakes Baptist Church. Her spouse preceded her in death on March 28, 2013. The surviving relatives include her mother - Bonnie Burns of Columbia City; a son - Michael (Ciera) Tulley of Columbia City; twin daughters - Desirae Tulley of Columbia City, Haley Tulley of Columbia City; two brothers - Dan (Tina Palmerton) Burns of Albion and Rick Marker of Fort Wayne; sister - Deb (Scott) Slayton of Huntington; a granddaughter - Addison Tulley. In addition to her spouse, she was preceded in death by her father Larry L. Burns. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home in Churubusco with Pastor Brad Fredrickson, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday, or one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the South Park Cemetery Annex, Columbia City. For those who wish, memorials may be directed to the family.
