Notes:	Sharon Kay Douglas, 41, died at 12:54 p.m. Thursday, Feb 9, 1995, at her home in Cape Coral, Fla. She had been in failing health for several months. She was born July 6, 1953, a daughter of Donald and Maxine Culbertson of Columbia City. She was the wife of Rev. Douglas Lee Douglas, pastor of the Church of God in Cape Coral. They had moved to Florida from McMechen, W. Va. Three months ago. Mrs. Douglas was a member of the Cape Coral Church of God and the Triple State Amateur Radio Club. In addition to her husband, Doug, the surviving relatives include; a son, Douglas Nathan Douglas, Huntington, W Va.; two daughters, Gretchen L. Wood, Columbia City, Charin L. Douglas, Huntington, W. Va.; two grandchildren; her parents, Donald and Maxine Culbertson, Columbia City; two brothers, Dennis Culbertson, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Randall Culbertson, Columbia City; and a sister, Brenda Taylor, residing in the state of Washington. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Columbia City First Church of God. The visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Smith and Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City and one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. NOTE: Sharon died after a 6-year battle with breast cancer. Obituary in Post & Mail Febuary 11 & 15, 1995, Pg 2.
