Notes:	The Post & Mail September 29, 2006: Jack D. Krill, 66 Jan. 21, 1940 - Sept. 28, 2006 Jack D. Krill, 66, a lifelong resident of Whitley County, died at 2 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, 2006, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, where he was admitted Monday. He had been a resident at Renaissance Village since 1993. Born on Jan. 21, 1940, in Fort Wayne, a son of David and Luella C. (Lieberenz) Krill, he graduated from Columbia City High School. Employed at Dale McClain Construction and General Electric, he retired in 1989 from Northeastern REMC. He was a member of Eagles Lodge 1906, where he served as past president. Surviving relatives include two daughters, Tamara (Robert) Furnas of Columbia City, and Shannon (Mark) Ebbinghouse of South Whitley; four grandchildren; and three brothers, Charles Krill of New Haven, Thomas Krill of Crooked Lake and Frank Krill of Yorktownsister, Phyllis Jean Krill. The funeral service is 3 p.m. Sunday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Columbia City, with the Rev. J. Phillip Blake officiating. Burial is at Nolt Cemetery.
