Notes:	Annette Sue (Bardey) Wolfe, 49, of London, Ohio died unexpectedly of natural causes Sunday, March 4, 2018 at her residence. She was born May 19, 1968 in Fort Wayne, Indiana; the daughter of Beverly Ann (Hughes) Bardey and the late, Richard Louis Bardey. Annette had worked in inventory control for the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Grove City, Ohio and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband Jerry Wolfe; twin sons Zachary and Ryan Wolfe; mother Beverly Ann Bardey; sisters, Connie (Chester) Cadwell and Nadine (Justin) Erne; brother, Michael Bardey; nephews, Travis Pyles and Joshwa Wells and niece, Jessica Erne. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Smith and Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City. Interment will follow in Jefferson Chapel Sandbank Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday from 1 p.m. until the service at the funeral home.
