Mildred "Millie" Earlene Bradbury, age 55, of Columbia City passed away at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 23, 2010 at her residence. Born on June 16, 1955 in Columbia City, she was the daughter of Earl Jay Graves and Barbara Lou (Herron) Sanderson.

She was a liftetime resident of Columbia City and graduated from Columbia City Joint High School with the Class of 1973. On December 12, 1986 she married John Wayne Bradbury at Etna United Methodist Church. She worked at Group Dekko, Inc., North Webster for 36 years as a server/operator. Her hobbies were crocheting, camping and horseback riding.

Survivors include her husband, John Wayne Bradbury of Columbia City; mother, Barbara Lou (Herron) Sanderson of Fort Wayne; son, Mike (Tiffany) Jones of Whitley County; daughter, Melinda Jones of Fort Wayne; brothers and sisters, Diane (Bernard) Squires of Columbia City, Byron "Buck" (Flo) Graves of Avilla, Faith Ann (Tim) Metz of Cromwell, Ramon (Denise) Sanderson of Briceton, OH and Steve (Sandy) Sanderson of Bower, IL; grandchildren, Abby Jones and TJ Jones of Whitley County, Hayden Meyer of Columbia City and Olivia West of Fort Wayne and mother-in-law, Sandra D. May of Goshen. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Jay Graves, step-father, Ramon Sanderson, sister, Evelyn Jewell, brother, Theodore Sanderson and grandparents, Dewey and Mildred Herron.

Visitation is from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at funeral home with Reverend Wade Sturdivat of New Freedom Baptist Church officiating with burial at St. Matthew's Cemetery. Memorials may be given in memory of Mrs. Bradbury's to Pancreatic Cancer Research Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
