Notes:	ANTONIA "TONI" BOTZ, 53, of Winter Haven, Fla., formerly of Fort Wayne [Indiana], died Wednesday at Winter Haven Hospital [Florida]. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a surgical technologist. Surviving are her husband, Dr. Larry D.; two daughters, Amy K. Botz and Sara E. Botz, both of Winter Haven [Florida]; two sisters, Ida Feldheiser of New Haven [Indiana] and Irene Sorg of Fort Wayne [Indiana]; two brothers, Frank and Edwin Sklenar, both of Fort Wayne; and her mother, Ethel Sklenar of Roanoke [Indiana]. Memorial services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church, Winter Haven. No calling. Memorials to Good Shepherd Hospice or American Cancer Society. Arrangements by Steele's Family Funeral Services, Winter Haven [Florida]. Obituary in Post & Mail July 19, 2002, Pg 2.
