Notes:

Patricia Kay (Pulley) Williams was born on August 10, 1948 in Columbia City, Indiana to Homer and Lois Pulley.

Pat went to Ball State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Education before teaching the Second grade and Reading at Noblesville School District. She also received a Master of Arts in Education, Elementary Education and Reading. Pat was a perpetual student with a great love of learning.

She received a degree in computer programming and joined Komputrol, Inc. in Cicero, IN as a computer programmer. Following a job transfer to New Holland, PA, Pat worked at (then) Sperry New Holland, then co-founded PCMS. Later, Pat returned to education and taught computer courses at Consolidated School of Business in Lancaster, PA then taught courses and ran the MIS undergraduate program at Eastern University.

Pat had a deep love for her family and friends. She had a wonderful smile, an easy laugh and a fantastic sense of humor. She loved all things about nature, but especially was known for her love of trees known to her daughter as the Lorax.

Pat also had a love of astronomy that she shared with Kurtis. Pat was very active at her church, New Holland United Methodist Church where she held many roles over the years including Sunday School teacher, youth leader and was the current director of the Celebration Ringers (handbell choir).

Pat was very active in her granddaughter's AnnMarie's life - being her alarm clock in the morning ("Get your cold hands away from me Grandma" was heard most mornings) and playing after school - house, school, Barbies, learning video games and having to be Mario. She also helped as one of AnnMarie's kindergarten teachers during Covid.
Pat loved to travel, visit family and going to the beach (but not in the water).

Pat had a wonderful life and was married to Sandra Rapp where they lived in Ephrata, PA. In addition, Pat left behind two children (from a former marriage) Kurtis Williams (and wife Melissa and daughter Mandy) and Elizabeth (Williams) Lennon (and husband Mark and daughters Jacqueline, Victoria and AnnMarie). Pat also left behind her siblings Pamelia and Phillip Pulley (with wife Treasea), nieces, nephews and great-nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Paul and Preston.

Pat passed into Our Father's open arms after a brief, heart breaking two-week attack and diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia on May 20, 2023. Pat was 74.

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 11 am with a visitation at 10 am at New Holland United Methodist Church, 120 W. Main St, New Holland. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her name to New Holland United Methodist Church at 120 W. Main St, New Holland, PA 17557 or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at givenow.lls.org and please donate blood (she was an avid donor) and/or plant a tree in remembrance of Pat, the Lorax.

Arrangements by Stradling Funeral Homes, Inc., Akron/Ephrata. Online condolences can be given at stradlingfuneralhome.com.
