Notes:	No obituary published. Notes from his March 8, 2006 update: We left Indiana in 1994 after I took a buy-out from Uniroyal-Goodrich Company after working there 32 years. I "retired" to Bradenton, FL where I worked for 10 more years. This January we sold our home in Florida for a handsome profit and bought a brand new home in Maryville, TN where we are settling in for the long haul. We are halfway back home but do not have to shovel snow in this location. We are already making new friends and getting involved in the neighborhood association. Keep in touch. Jim & Jo Downing
