Notes:	Worked for R.R. Donnelly in Warsaw, Indiana, until retirement. Moved to London, Kentucky in 2001. Upon becoming ill with heart disease in 2005, she moved to Douglasville, Georgia, to live with her brother Hershel. She died from complications a few weeks after having heart surgery. No obituary in Columbia City or Fort Wayne newspapers. Warsaw Times-Union September 1, 2005: Anna Lee Herron, 62, of Douglasville, Ga., and formerly of Warsaw and Pierceton areas, died Aug. 30, 2005. She was born Nov. 21, 1942 in Burlington, Ky., to Robert Kelly and Ethel Marie Spencer Fugate. Surviving are a daughter, and son-in-law, Mrs. Johnnie (Loranna) Goble, Pierceton: two sons, Austin Herron, Redding, Calif., and Cody Herron, Douglasville; three brothers: Robert Eugene Fugate, Westzelville, Mo., Hershel Fugate, Douglasville; and Galen Fugate, Pierceton; four sisters: Eunice Sturgill, Columbia City; Christine Keirns, Cevar Park, Texas; and Patricia Sheets and Darlene Sparks, both of Pierceton; and grandchildren; Loranna and Drew Shilling, Claypool, and Jamie and Jerry Reiff, Warsaw. She was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Junior Fugate. Services will be at 10 a.m.Friday at Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home, Douglasville, Ga. Calling is from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
