Notes:	Jane A. Costanza, 67, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a registered nurse, retiring from St. Joe Hospital. She attended West Ward Elementary School, graduated from the Columbia City Joint High School with the Class of 1959, and attended Ball State Teachers College prior to joining Delta Air Lines as a stewardess. She was also a former special education teacher. She was a member of the Congregation Achduth Vesholom, Indiana Nurses Association and a Certified Emergency Medical Nurse. Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Joseph Costanza; sons, David (Kelly) Kaufman and Joel Thomson Kaufman, all of Fort Wayne; daughter, Sheryl (Eric) Anderson of Michigan; stepsons, Don (Michelle) Costanza and Robert Costanza, both of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; brothers, Timothy N. Thomson of Fort Wayne, Charles Thomson of Phoenix, Ariz.; sister, Nancy Thomson of Tiburon, Calif.; sister-in-law, Rosemary Hanley of Etica, N.Y. She was preceded in death by an infant son in 1974 and parents, William C. & Annabel (Miller) Thomson. Service is 4 p.m. Sunday at Congregation Achduth Vesholom, 5200 Old Mill Road with calling 2 hours prior. Rabbi Marla Spanjer officiating. Arrangements by D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road. Memorials to Community Harvest Food Bank, Rabbi's Discrectionary Fund of Congregation Achduth Vesholom or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation.
