Notes:	Billie L. Foster, 74, passed away Nov. 26, 2016 at his residence in Reno, Nev., with his family at his side. Bill was born in 1941 in Columbia City to Glen and Golda (Staples) Foster. Bill graduated from CCJHS in 1961. He retired after 42 years in the printing business from RR Donnelley. Bill was loved and respected by the community and was an Extra Class Amateur Radio Operator and a lifetime member of the Golden Bear Net and other groups such as ARRL and SNARS. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Carolyn (Cooper) Foster; two daughters; Anita Foster and Michelle (Foster) Singh; and two grandsons; Daniel DeBerry and Isaac DeBerry. Bill was preceded in death by this parents; and sisters; Margaret Foster, Betty Hawn and Jeanette Weirick. The family will be having a celebration of life at a later date.
