Notes:	Happy and living in Northern California.Marian retired from high school teaching five years ago. She is deeply involved both nationally and locally in supporting us having a strong public education system in this Country. Additionally she reads extensively, takes walks with our pooch, enjoys movies and plays, frames many of her days. Following a long career in Social Work, I transitioned into publishing in 1990, owning my own business until10 years ago. I sold it and am now enjoying everything I wasn't doing before because of those daily demands Cycling, gardening, cooking, reading, movies, hiking with Lucy our pup, an occasional cigar with my friends, supporting Marian and Claire occupy my attention. It is a good, full, rich life and I am a Happy man. I have two sons, ages 48 Phillip, and Fred 52. I don't see them often. We live miles apart. And there is the absolute daily delight of my life,Claire our 20 year old daughter. She is SO wonderful. She loves piano, basketball, was starting point guard/captain on her varsity team(a Hoosier at heart), reading, academics, is very funny, and has good friends. She is now a junior at UCLA, majoring in Civil Engineering.Marian and I are in full gallop to keep up. We are all healthy and loving every minute of it! Giddyup and hehaw! Best regards to al of my 1956 classmates! Columbia City is in my heart. My roots are totally in ColumbiaCity. I loved growing up in Columbia City.
