Notes:

Mrs. Pauline Harper, (Mazie), passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Reuniting in the Heavens with the family and friends that have preceded her.

A Service to celebrate her life will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.

Pauline was born February 22, 1931, in Clear-Spring, Indiana, to Mrs. Ida Yoder, she was the third of her six children, raised by a single mother. Pauline learned the value of hard work from an early age and began working at a paper route, soda fountain, and waitress jobs.

Pauline would spend her free time at the roller skating rink, where she would meet her soon to be husband, Jack Harper. The two were married in 1951 and the couple would stay married until Jack's passing in 2006. The couple relocated from Indiana to Arizona, settling in Coolidge.

Pauline then worked at the local school as a secretary and planner while the couple raised their three daughters, Pam, Vonnie, and Cindy.

Pauline enjoyed remodeling homes and remodeled and sold many together, with Jack who also worked as an electrician. Pauline dedicated herself to spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, and her many lifelong friends. Family was very important to Pauline, never losing touch with her sisters and celebrating many reunions throughout the years. Pauline also enjoyed shopping, fashion, and cooking, hosting all the holidays and cooking all the meals from scratch. Pauline really knew how to bring people together. Her generosity and compassion touched the lives of many people and she will truly be missed by all those who got to spend time with her.

Those left to cherish Pauline's memory are her sisters, Edna and Peggy; daughter, Cindy; grandsons, Brandon, Mike, and Tim; great-grandchildren, Laelani, Allie, Aryen, and Gage; great-great-granddaughter, Kalliope; as well as many other family members and close friends.

Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.valleyofthesunfuneralhome.com for the Harper family.
