IRIS DOVE CHOPAK (nee Foltz), age 84, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday, February 20th, 2015.

Previously married to the late James R. Chopak, Sr. Beloved mother of Diana (Bob) Kozlowski, Michael, Jim Jr. (Michelle), Randy (Dreama), Michelle, and the late Mitchell. Dear grandma of ten. Loving great-grandma of twelve. Caring great-great-grandma of one. Adoring sister of Lois Tuttle and Arthur Foltz. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. LOVED BY MANY.

Prayer services will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14609 Brookpark Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142 MONDAY, March 9th, 2015, at NOON. PLEASE MEET AT CEMETERY.

Family will receive friends in THE TOMON & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 7327 PEARL RD., (S. OF BAGLEY), MIDDLEBURG HTS., SUNDAY, March 8th, 2015 from 3 to 6 PM. There will be a remembrance celebration at 5PM.
