Notes:	Barbara was married to Phil J. Chapman, a son of Floyd and Gladys Chapman. She passed away at the age of 44, in November of 1975, with two sons, a daughter and husband Phil surviving. At the time of her death she was the school nurse at Sunnymead School in New Haven, IN. She was employed by Dr. Lehmberg right out of nurse's training. Phil has also passed away. Her sons live in Fort Wayne and her daughter lives in Indy. Barbara was buried in I.O.O.F. cemetery, New Haven, Indiana.
