Notes:	Born to Francis Willard Trues (1896-1967) and Arcvilla Pearl Leep Trues (1896-2002) in Elkhart, Indiana per Ancestry.com. Daily Independent Journal, San Rafael, CA April 17, 1971: DR. ROYCE J. TRUEX, 41, is a pediatrician, practicing in the Kentfield School District. He was born in Indiana and earned his bachelors and doctor's degrees at Indiana University. He took his internship at Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital. He is the chairman of the board of directors of the San Anselmo Pre-school Center and a member of the School Health Committee and the Special Educational Advisory Council to the Marin County superintendent of schools. He and his wife, Sandra, have three children. Interfaith Counseling Center January 13, 2013: After retiring from a near 40 year career as a pediatrician, Royce [Truex] entered spiritual direction training at San Francisco Theological Seminary, and started doing spiritual direction at the Lloyd Center upon graduation in 2005. His life experiences and interests are broad, but a special interest is the interface of spiritual direction and doing God's work in the world.
