Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and then from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Dr., Columbia City. A prayer vigil will be held at 8:00 p.m. the night of visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, 315 S. Line Street, Columbia City with Fr. Larry Kramer officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul of the Cross Cemetery, Columbia City.

Memorials in memory of Tyler can be made to CCHS Football Boosters or Riley's Hospital for Children. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Those unable to attend calling or the funeral service in person, may mail memorials to DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home. ">
