My year in the USA as an American Field Service exchange student changed my life forever, and I am what I am today partly thanks to the kindness and generosity of people like you.

Many of the people who hosted me in their homes about fifty years ago must have made their transition, but a good number of my classmates must be still alive, and somehow I will make sure they know what that year meant to me.
