Sandra K. Kopp, age 57, of Willmar {Minnesota] died on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018 at the Rice Therapy Suites in Willmar after an extended battle with dementia. A Memorial service took place Oct. 26, 2018 at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral and Cremation Service in Litchfield {Minnesota].

Sandra Kay Kopp, the daughter of Garold and Patricia (Kain) Geisleman, was born on Oct. 28, 1960 in Fort Wayne. She grew up on a farm near Fort Wayne and graduated from Whitley County High School.

Following high school she worked at several different manufacturing jobs.

On July 11, 1987, she was united in marriage to Mike Kopp in Fort Wayne.

They moved to Litchfield in 1988 and bought an auto parts store. Sandy worked for HTI and Minnesota Rubber and Plastics. They moved to Willmar in early 2018.

She enjoyed riding horses, gardening and yard work. She also enjoyed raising animals on their hobby farm and bowling.

She is survived by her husband Mike Kopp of Willmar; children Samuel Kopp of Litchfield, Anna (and Blake) Prosser of Northwood, N.D. and Asha Kopp of Litchfield; granddaughter Kaylee Prosser and her mother Patricia Geisleman of Columbia City. She is also survived by her siblings Debbie (and Tom) Marble of Oklahoma, Michael Geisleman of Columbia City, Gary (and Mary) Geisleman of South Whitley, David Geisleman of South Whitley, and Karen Taylor of Columbia City; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Garold Geisleman and an infant sister Connie Joe Geisleman.

A memorial service for friends and family will take place Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. the Mausoleum Chapel. Arrangements are through Covington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home [Fort Wayne, Indiana].
