Notes:	Danny Joe Gray, 58, of South Whitley, Ind. passed away at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at his home. Born on January 18, 1956 in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Muris Gray and Lillian A. Ness. He graduated from Columbia City High School Class of 1975. On October 21, 1989 he married Debra "Debbie" Languell. He had worked at Dana Weatherhead in Columbia City, OMC Aluminum Boat Group in Syracuse and at Ultra Electronics in Columbia City. Danny had been a member of the Elk's Lodge, Eagles Lodge, and Jaycees. Survivors include his mother, Lillian Ness of Columbia City; brother, Kevin (Tanya) Gray of Columbia City; nephew, Chad Eckert; and nieces, Kaylee Gray and Sara Eckert. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debra "Debbie" Bell Gray; father, Muris Gray; step-father, Donald Ness; grandparents, Denver "Jack" and Beatrice Gray and Howard and Lida Stahl; and mother-in-law, Sharon Kienzler. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at DeMoney-Grimes, a Life Story Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the funeral home with Pastor Judy Follis officiating. Burial will follow at Union Township Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Danny's memory to the American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association.
