Notes:	GLORIA J. EMLEY, 52, of Columbia City, died Thursday, January 4, 2007 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born December 15, 1954 in Columbia City, Indiana a daughter of Kenneth C. and Doris L. (Hennig) Hart. She attended Washington Center School and graduated from Columbia City High School in 1973. On August 7, 1993 she was united in marriage to Jay F. Emley. They have made their home on the Hart farm in Washington Township. She enjoyed being outdoors on the farm, loved animals and deeply loved her family. She was employed at Kmart in Huntington for 29 years. Surviving relatives include her husband, Jay; two sons, Adam (Julie) Hendryx of Huntington and Shaun Hendryx of Tampa, Florida; a daughter, Angela (Travis) Hammond of Fort Wayne; two step daughters, Micky (Chad) Gerrard of Andrews and Sandra (Greg) Sands of South Whitley; eight grandchildren; a sister, Judy Hart; and three brothers, Steve Hart, Jim Hart and Don Hart, all of Columbia City. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City with Rev. Richard Bremer officiating. The burial will be in Clear Creek Cemetery. The visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. For those who wish, memorials may be made to Gloria J. Emley Fund at First Source Bank.
