Kathleen A. Marker, 67, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away at 11:34 p.m. Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at her daughter's home. Born July 2, 1952 in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of John and Darlene (Bradshaw) Fey.

She grew up in Whitley County, attended Thorncreek School and graduated from Columbia City Joint High School with the Class of 1971. She had been a stay at home mom and babysat for several years. She earned her CNA and for 18 years had worked at Bosche Automotive in Albion, retiring in 2012.

Kathleen was active and enjoyed taking trips with her daughters, especially their last trip together to visit Graceland. She enjoyed listening to Elvis, she had a green thumb and was a great cook. Her homemade spaghetti, meatballs, potato salad, sheet cake and fudge will be missed by her family. She was loving, caring, compassionate, generous and energetic lady that was happy and will be missed dearly by her family.

Survivors include her loving daughter, Kristine Pfeiffer; son-in-law, Todd McClurg; grandchildren, Jerid Pfeiffer and Megyn Pfeiffer; sisters, Rebecca Fey and Beth (Jeff) Huntine; brothers, Kevin (Tina) Beazell, Brad (Rhonda) Beazell, Ralph Beazell and Danny (Jessica) Fey; and sister-in-law, JoAnne Fey. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, April McClurg in October of 2019; brother, Tom Fey; and nephew, Brian Fey.

A gathering of family and friends will be 4-5:45 p.m. Sunday, February 2, 2020 at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City with her memorial service to begin at 6 p.m. Funeral Celebrant Sharon Brockhaus will be officiating.

Memorial gifts may be given in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
