Walter passed away at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne on December 22, 2017. Survived by his wife of 47 years; son, Walter "Buster" (Lisa) Allard, III, of Columbia City; and daughter, Michele "Renee" (Basel) Hale, of Ozark, Mo.
