Presently working on a dissertation related to school cafeteria food - how it can be changed to be mostly organic, free of preservatives, free of high fructose corn syrup, local, and home cooked. How schools can incorporate school gardens and cooking classes into the curriculum.

I enjoy living in San Diego and hope to be at the class reunion in August, 2010.
