Notes:	The Journal Gazette, Monday, March 10, 2003, Page 4A: Myrna S. Mullins, 60, died Sunday at home. Born in Fort Wayne, she was head waitress at G.C. Murphy for more than 20 years. She was also a file clerk at Lincoln National Life Insurance Company for 13 years. Surviving are her stepmother, Thelma Taylor of Columbia City; a son, Brad Neel of Bakersfield, Calif.; two daughters, Lisa Fowler of Fort Wayne and Penny Neel-Henn of Holt, Mich.; a brother, Al Miller Sr. of Warsaw; a sister, Theda Neel of Huntington; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stan. Services at 10 a.m. Wednesday at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road. Calling from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorials to Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana, 5910 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804.
