Notes:	Paul A. Vance, Jr., PhD, age 85 of Newark, Delaware, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Churchman Village in Newark, DE. He was born in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Paul A. Vance and Lucille Waltz Vance. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Helen Dorothea Vance; three sons: Charles A. Vance and spouse, Evelyn Levenson, of Port Orange, FL; John M. Vance, of Amherst, MA; and Paul David Vance and wife, Joy, of Parsippany, NJ; and six grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 2PM on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Newark United Methodist Church, 69 East Main Street, Newark, DE 19711. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Delaware's Newark Symphony Orchestra, Newark United Methodist Church, or charity of choice. R.T. Foard & Jones, Inc.
