Wizgird, M.D., 52, of 807 Central Av. in Wilmette [Cook County, Illinois) died Sept. 16 [1979] at Evanston Hospital. He was born in Grand Rapids, Mich. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; two sons, James and John; and two daughters, Tracy and Sally. Burial was in All Saints Cemetery.
