Notes:	LOIS E. STAYER, 83, passed away Monday, June 1, 2009, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Whitley County, she was a home maker. Surviving are her husband, Donald Stayer of Fort Wayne; daughter, Vicki (Thomas) Maddux of Fort Wayne; grandson, Brandon (Brianna) Maddux. "A special thank you to the staff of the Hamilton House." Service is 2 p.m. Thursday at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road. The Rev. Dennis Leinbach officiating. Calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial in Riverview Cemetery, Dunn Mill, Allen County, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
