Notes:	Married first to Margaret June Frohmuth, CCHS 1937. They had one child, Elizabeth Ann. Married second to Myrtle Shank. Obituary in Columbia City Post on May 2, 1981, Pg. 2 and Antwerp, Ohio paper on May 14,1981 per following: Secrist Harold A., Antwerp, Ohio, died May 1 at his residence there. Born in Columbia City January 1, 1920, the son of Orda and Bertha (Wolf) Secrist, he moved to Antwerp in 1952 and was the owner-operator of Ray's Restaurant. He married Myrtle Shank August 25, 1952. He was a World War II veteran serving with the Marine Corps Sixth Division in the South Pacific. He was a member of the Antwerp VFQ and the American Legion. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Dennis, New Haven, and Jim, Payne, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. Sue Hull, Antwerp, and Mrs. Betty Ann Trimm, Aurora, Colo.; a sister, DeMaris Secrist; and a brother, Everett, Columbia City; a brother-in-law, Sam Shank, Avilla; a mother-in-law, Irene Shank, LaOtto; and nine grandchildren. Services were May 4 in Pauley-Schilb Funeral Home, Antwerp. Burial, Maumee Cemetery, Antwerp, Ohio.
