Parents names & born in Columbia City, Indiana, per U.S., Social Security Applications and Claims Index, 1936-2007. Cpl US Army Air Forces, World War II. Charles E. Knight 85, Indianapolis, passed away December 8, 2006. He retired from Tuchman Cleaners as a mechanic. He was a United States Army veteran, who served in WWII. He also was a Teamster, member of Moose Lodge #17 and a preacher for the Salvation Army. Survivors include his wife, Norvetta Knight; children, Lori Knight, Virginia Marsh, Pam Stanfill, Marsha Perius, Vicky Tooley, Charles Knight Jr.; sisters, Jeannie Vaught, Beulah Schaeffer; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
