Notes:	FRANCES S. DuBOIS, 89, a resident of Columbia City, died at 4:23 a.m., Tuesday, July 4, 2006 at Miller's Merry Manor, Columbia City where she had been a resident since March 2006. She was born September 8, 1916 in Whitley County, Indiana a daughter of Loren and Audra (Fox) Schrader. She graduated from Columbia City High School and received her degree in nursing from Washington Hospital School of Nursing in Chicago. After completing her education, she was a registered nurse for many years. On June 17, 1944 she was united in marriage to Leslie E. DuBois. They made their home in Chicago until 1975 when they moved to Florida. Mr. DuBois died February 21, 1997. Surviving relatives include a great niece and six great nephews. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Oak Grove Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are by Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City.
