passed away Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, at Wood view Health Care Center, Fort Wayne.

Born in Kentucky, William worked as a Gear Quality Manager with Dana Corporation for 44 years, retiring in 1991. He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Bill was an avid golfer and made a hole in one.

Surviving are his son, Richard W. (Sylvia) Terry; granddaughters, Dawn and Robyn Terry, both of Fort Wayne; great-grandchildren, Jordan and Tyler Reining, both of Fort Wayne; sisters, Martha Jean (Bob) Thomas of Markle, Ind. and JoAnn Baker of Fort Wayne; and brother, Tim (Karen) Terry of Congerville, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William H. and Flora Jo Terry; wife, Marjorie "Margie" K. Terry; two brothers; and a grandson, Todd.

Service is 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Dr. Thomas Ahlersmeyer officiating. Calling also from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, at the funeral home. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne.

Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or the National Parkinson Foundation.">
